Here you'll be able to share your ideas with people from the Community and Staff members. You'll also be able to report issues and get information on how to fix them, based on other users' experience.

Register

Haven't you contacted our Support Center yet?

To register as a new user, click on Sign In and then select Register. Once you do that, enter your full name and email address to complete the registration process.

Have you contacted our Support Center before?

Given that the Community is tightly linked to our Support Center, if you ever contacted us in the past with any doubts, questions or suggestions, the site will remember the email address you used. If this happens, you will see the option 'get a Password' next to the text 'Have you sent us an email?'. By clicking on it, you will be able to enter your email so we can send the password.

If you created an account but you don't remember the password, please select the option Forgot my password. This will allow you to enter a new password that will be sent to your email.

My profile

Once you create your account, you will be able to edit your profile picture, user name, email and description. To do so, go to My profile and then select Edit profile.

In the My profile section, you will be able to see your activity in the forum, as well as your posts and comments.

There, you will also be able to see the amount of followers you have, how many users you follow, the amount of votes you've given to different posts and the number of subscriptions you have so far.

Search

The search bar will help you find certain topics you wish to address or issues you want to report. To do so, write the word you consider is related to the topic you want to search and you will be able to see all the posts written by our Staff and Community members.

Categories

The Forum has different categories. In them, you'll find information that will help you clear any doubts you may have on the way the game works or solve issues that may come up.

Each category has a different topic and, in each of them, you will be able to find posts from both the Community and Staff members. Inside each box, you will find a short description about each category.

Ask a question or send an idea.

Once you sign in, you can start sharing your ideas with the community. To post a new question or idea, click on New post, at the bottom of the main screen.

Then, enter a title that describes the content and the information you wish to share inside the text box Description. Finally, select a Category from the drop-down menu so your post is categorized correctly. When it's done, click on Send.

Once you send it, your question or idea will appear in the selected category.

Remember: to edit or delete one of your posts, click on the cog icon on the right side of your post and select the corresponding option.

Reply to a post

Besides creating your own posts, you can also reply to other users'. This way, you can express your opinion or share your experience so that other users can take them into consideration or learn from them.

To reply, click inside the comment area below the post and type in your comment. When it's done, click on Send.

Remember: to edit or delete one of your replies, click on the cog icon on the right side of your answer and select the corresponding option.

Vote for posts and comments

Voting is an easy way to participate in the Community. Support other members by voting for their posts. We will do our best to consider those posts that are valued by the Community when implementing or improving features within the game.

To vote, click on the heart icon, next to the post. You will be able to vote once for each post.

You will also be able to organize the posts by vote or date by using the filter on the upper part of the comments.

Follow

You don't want to miss out on any posts? You can follow categories!

To do this, go to the category you want and click on the button Follow. That way, you will receive an email every time there is a new post or comment. If you want to stop following a category, click on the button Following and then select Unfollow.

Recent activity

In this section, located in the Community's main screen, you'll be able to find the latest posts created by our Staff or other Community members.

This way, you'll have access to the latest news about our users' announcements, doubts and questions.

Do you want to post in your native language?

Trivia Crack 2 is available in many countries around the world. We want our users to have the possibility to participate in the Community in an active way. This is why you can post in your native language by going to the Don't Speak English? category, or reply to other users' questions or posts.

This category is an important tool for those users who don't speak English and can help each other and share knowledge to find more effective solutions to their inquiries.

Our staff will always try to reply in the post's original language. However, our default language will be English in those cases in which it's not possible to provide an answer in the post's language.
