If you enter your account and see that you have lost your progress, it might be due to the following reasons:
- You entered an email address different from the one you used to create the account. To verify this, go to Settings>Account and check if the email address is incorrect. If so, sign out by going to Settings>Sign out and log back in using the correct email address.
- Your account was linked to a Facebook account and when you re-entered, you selected 'Connect with Facebook' instead of entering with the email address you used when creating the account. Bear in mind that if you had already created your account and linked it to a Facebook account, you will need to re-enter with the email address you used and not with the Facebook account. If you don't, a new account will be created from scratch with the Facebook account provided. To fix this, sign out by going to Menu>Settings>Sign out and enter with the correct email address.
