If you enter your account and see that you have lost your progress, keep in mind it might be due to the following reasons:
- You entered an email address different from the one you used to create the account. To verify this, go to the Settings menu at the top of the screen, where you can check if the email is incorrect. If so, sign out from the Settings menu, by clicking on the "Sign out" option at the bottom of the screen, and log back using the correct email address.
- You signed in with an Apple ID and your account was not created with this method. To verify this, go to Menu > Settings > Account and check if the email address and username are incorrect. If so, sign out by going to Menu > Settings > Sign out and log back with the correct email address.
