If when entering the game you notice that you have lost the progress of your account, keep in mind that it may be due to the following reasons:
- You have entered a different email address than the one used to create your account. To verify this, enter the Settings menu, at the top of the screen represented by the icon of a gear, where you can check if the email address is incorrect. If so, log out from the same Settings menu, by clicking on the "log out" option at the bottom of the screen, and log in again using the correct email address.
- You signed in with an Apple ID and your account was not created with this method. To verify this, go to Settings > Account and check if the email address and username are incorrect. If so, log out by going to Settings > Log out and log in with the correct email address.
