Issues may arise while synchronizing the game with the information on Facebook. If this takes some time, we recommend you do the following:
- Check whether you have a good internet connection.
- If you are using mobile data, try connecting your device to a Wi-Fi network, or vice versa.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Reboot the device.
If the problem persists:
- Unlink your Facebook profile from your account by going to Settings > Facebook > Unlink.
- Restart your device.
- Enter the application, log in with your email address and re-link your Facebook profile from Settings > Facebook > Link account.
