At times, there may be issues synchronizing the game with your Facebook information. If syncing takes a while, we recommend the following:
- Check that you have a good internet connection. If you are using mobile data, try connecting your device to a Wi-Fi network, or vice versa.
- Uninstall and reinstall the application.
- Restart your device.
If the problem persists:
- Unlink your Facebook profile from your account via Settings> Facebook> Unlink.
- Restart your device.
- Log in to the app, sign in with your email, and re-link your Facebook profile from Settings > Facebook > Link account.
